What is heavy steel structure building?
Compared with traditional buildings like concrete or wood structures, heavy steel structure buildings are a new quick-installed building solution. The structure mainly comprises steel columns, beams, trusses, bracing, purlins, U channels, angle steel, and steel plates, connected together by welding, bolts, and rivets to form a complete frame.
Steel frames typically consist of vertical columns and horizontal beams bolted or welded together. Steel columns are vertical structural members that transfer compressive loads, forming the skeleton of a building. Steel beams are horizontal structural members that resist lateral loads. All structural steel framing is designed, fabricated, and erected according to applicable safety standards.
 
Product Parameters

Primary Framing

Secondary Framing
Secondary members connect the main frame and help resist longitudinal loads like wind and earthquakes. Steel purlins are available in 1.8mm to 3.0mm thickness with galvanized coating. Column bracing ensures overall stability and transfers horizontal forces.
