Peru Sesame Oil Steel Structure Factory

On June 24, 2025, the Peruvian Sesame Oil Steel Structure Factory Project was successfully delivered. The total weight of the steel in this project is 46 tons, including main steel, secondary steel and purlins. All the steel building kits for this project were shipped to the port for shipment, including steel components, roof and wall panels, bolts. And the paint we gave to customers, because the paint on the surface of the steel structure may be damaged during installation, so it is convenient for customers to maintain it.   Let us look forward to the smooth arrival of the components of the Peruvian project.

On May 30, 2025, the Puerto Rico Steel Structure Church was shipped. Uruguay Steel Workshop Installation Updates

On May 19, 2025, the Uruguayan steel structure workshop project shared installation site photos with us.   Since the last construction sharing, the Uruguayan customer’s workshop building has installed purlins and is currently installing wall panels.   Our engineers always provide installation guidance during the installation process to ensure smooth installation.

Kang Shi Fu Warehouse Project Begins Installation of Steel Beams

On May 16, 2025, the Kang Shi Fu storage warehouse project site reported on-site construction photos.   At present, the steel columns of the warehouse have been basically installed, and the steel beams have begun to be installed. The building height exceeds 30 meters, so the construction is difficult, and the site strictly requires installation quality and safety management.   The installation of the steel structure warehouse was very smooth, and the current effect was achieved in one week. This is due to the high-quality processing and strict quality control of the QHHK factory, which ensures the precise size of the steel components.

Kang Shi Fu Steel Structure Warehouse Begins Installation

On May 9, 2025, the Kang Shi Fu steel structure instant noodle warehouse project began to be installed. This project is a newly built high-bay storage warehouse by Dingyi Group to meet the growing market demand.   The total area of ​​the project is 5,000 square meters and the height is 33.85 meters. It is a typical high-bay warehouse structure. Due to the high structure, the steel structure is difficult to install. The site is equipped with large cranes and hoists to cooperate with the work, and the whole process is mechanized.   Below are the installation progress photos fed back from the construction site to share this spectacular project with everyone.

Brazilian Steel Bridge Arrives and Begins Installation

On May 7, 2025, the steel components of the Brazilian steel bridge project were successfully transported to the construction site.   After more than a month of sea transportation, the steel components remain intact and new, without deformation and corrosion. This is all thanks to the high-quality manufacturing and packaging of the QHHK factory.   On May 9, the Brazilian steel bridge officially entered the installation stage. We will continue to follow up on the installation progress of the Brazilian steel bridge and witness this successful cooperation with everyone.

Belize Shopping Center Project Latest News

On May 7, 2025, the construction site of the Belize Steel Structure Shopping Center project gave us the latest installation progress.   At present, the roof purlins have been installed, and the next step is to install the wall purlins.   Behind every step of the installation of the Belize project is the technical guidance of QHHK technicians. Puerto Rico Steel Structure Church

On February 28, 2025, Puerto Rico customer and QHHK signed a contract at the Las Vegas Building Materials Exhibition in the United States. The customer had been in contact with QHHK for a long time before the exhibition, and was impressed by our professionalism and sincerity at the exhibition and decided to cooperate with us.   On May 7, 2025, the project has been manufactured and packed for shipment. The total weight of the project components is 19 tons, and QHHK provides all components such as the enclosure system and rainwater pipes. The customer is very satisfied with our manufacturing speed and quality.   QHHK participated in all aspects of the Puerto Rico Church project, including consulting, design, manufacturing, transportation and subsequent installation guidance. Uruguay Steel Workshop Project Under Installation

On April 24, 2025, the Uruguayan customer shared with us the progress of their steel structure workshop installation and took photos and videos of the construction site for us. The weather in Uruguay at the installation site was very good. The white steel structure components, the red crane and the blue sky and white clouds perfectly depicted a neat and peaceful picture. The customer was very happy with the harmonious picture he took, and we were also attracted.   It can be seen that the Uruguayan steel workshop project has completed the crane installation, and the next stage will be to install the purlins and roof wall panels. Badminton Court Begins Installing Steel Beams

On April 18, 2025, the badminton court designed, manufactured and installed by QHHK Steel Structure in Shenyang continued to be installed.   From April 14 to April 18, it took only 5 days from installing the anchor nuts to installing the steel beams. The installation was fully mechanized and bolted, and the installation process was very smooth. The installation was so smooth, thanks to the professional design and high-quality processing of QHHK’s designers and factories.   The installation schedule planning at the construction site was very orderly, and the workers were very skilled and professional. At the same time, the installation details were also very in place. Every bump and scratch had to be repainted.   The next stage of installation is to install purlins and roof wall panels.
