Productive Process

The manufacturing process of a steel structure warehouse involves several key steps:

Cutting: The steel materials are cut using advanced equipment such as laser cutting machines.
Assemble: Skilled workers assemble the cut steel components according to the design specifications.
Welding: After assembled, it is hoisted into the gantry type submerged arc automatic welder for welding.
Rust Removal: Shot blasting and derusting of H steel and other shaped steel, welding members and steel plates.
Surface Treatment: After welding, it will be painted or hot-dip galvanized according to customer's requirements.

Product Packaging

Our packaging and transportation methods are customized to meet the specific requirements of each product. Typically, we utilize pallets for packaging, and we also offer the option of bulk shipment, then the goods are loaded directly into shipping containers. These containers will be transported to the port. We follow FOB or CIF trade terms to ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods to our customers.
