Installation of steel member

1. Installation preparation
   After the components enter the site, they should be stacked and protected reasonably in accordance with the layout plan to avoid deformation and damage of the components. Before installation, the size and number of the components should be inspected again, the installation base surface should be processed, and the elevation should be reviewed.
2. Lifting
   According to the actual situation of the lifting plan to lift the components in place, too large components should be disconnected and then assembled and welded at site;
3. Welding
   It need meet the requirements of the specifications and drawings, with the corresponding type of welding rod to weld. Welding seam should not have welding defects such as slag inclusion and incomplete penetration, etc. Welding surface shape is good.
4. Inspection
   Check the welding condition of section steel welds, and the next procedure can be carried out after acceptance. The installation process should be measured at all times, control deviation in time and make quality records.
