China QHHK Steel Structure Company Cases

Papua New Guinea outdoor Steel Stadium completed. In July 2020, QHHK signed an order of US$640,000 with customers. In November 2022, the client completed the overall construction. The gymnasium is mainly used for track and field competitions, and a particular plastic track is laid inside. The stadium covers an area of 25,000 square meters and can accommodate nearly 10,000 people watching simultaneously. QHHK is mainly responsible for designing and manufacturing the stadium’s steel structure viewing platform and top steel frame structure. This project is the steel frame structure, including 2 prefab steel structure processing plants with a total area of 2478 square meters. This prefabricated steel structure building is mainly used for Panamanian cattle and pig slaughter. All the steel structure components and envelope panels of this project are supplied by QHHK. The steel components are processed and manufactured in the Shenyang factory, in China, and transported to Dalian port for shipment. Project Introduction TBEA is a large-scale comprehensive equipment manufacturing enterprise in China, mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of electrical equipment, energy equipment, new energy and comprehensive energy solutions. Their products and services cover the entire industrial chain from power generation, transmission and transformation to electricity consumption.   Shenyang TBEA Steel Workshop is one of TBEA Group’s business expansion factories in China. In order to better respond to the industrial development and needs of the Northeast region, to be able to better approach customers, provide fast-response services, bring employment opportunities to the local area, and promote local economic development.   In 2015, TBEA Group built a factory base in Shenyang. Construction Site Workshop Details： Main Workshop Size: 110*60*13m Structure: Portal Frame Steel: Q355B Total Steel Consumption: 2878 tons   TBEA factory is mainly divided into three processing workshops, transformer workshop, cable workshop, and switchgear workshop. The steel columns in the workshop are mostly grid steel columns, and the steel beams are a combination of G steel and steel grid. The steel components of the main workshop are off-white, and the roof and wall panels are white and blue. Shenyang Anshuo Factory is located in Shenyang, Liaoning. It is an agricultural product deep processing workshop project signed by Shenyang Anshuo Agricultural Company and QHHK in 2022. The project covers an area of ​​12,767 square meters. The factory is divided into 6 work areas, including raw material unloading warehouse, raw material preliminary processing area, secondary processing area, agricultural product deep processing area, packaging area, and finished product warehouse.   Shenyang has distinct four seasons, and the temperature difference between winter and summer reaches 50℃, so the customer adopted the solution we recommended, and the roof and walls use PU composite panels with good thermal insulation performance. Ensure the fresh storage of raw materials and finished products. The internal processing area of ​​the factory uses clean panels, and the GMP cleanliness level reaches Class 1,000. Project Introduction Shenyang Automotive Industry Logistics Park is located in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China. It is one of the largest logistics parks in Shenyang. It was built in 2019, with QHHK participating in the design, manufacture and installation of the logistics warehouse building. The logistics park is an automotive parts product distribution center established by China GAC ​​Group in Shenyang. The establishment of a local distribution warehouse can significantly shorten the delivery service time. By setting up a warehouse in the customer’s area, the goods can be stored in advance closer to the customer, reducing the transportation distance and time from the central warehouse to the end customer. This not only improves the delivery efficiency, but also responds quickly to customer needs and provides more timely and reliable services. At the same time, the construction of local warehouses can also reduce transportation costs and optimize inventory management, thereby improving overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.   Project Details The Shenyang Logistics Park warehouse covers an area of ​​17,500 square meters, with a total steel consumption of 1,250 tons, including main steel beams, secondary steel purlins, steel tie rods, etc. The roof and walls of the warehouse are all installed with galvanized color steel plates and glass wool. The roof is all blue color steel plates, and the walls are gray and red. FRP lighting panels and ventilators are installed on the roof to improve the indoor light and ventilation capacity. Shenyang Baird New Building Materials Co., Ltd. is located in Shenyang. It is an industrial manufacturer mainly engaged in processing cement products, lightweight building materials, building steel bars, and building blocks. Shenyang Baird Workshop is one of QHHK’s classic steel structure workshop projects in China. The project was built in 2019, with a total area of ​​32,000 square meters and a total steel consumption of 2,125 tons. The workshop structure is a multi-span double-roof structure with a total of 5 spans, each span is equipped with 2-3 cranes. The workshop is designed with a large number of windows and PC sunshine panel evenly distributed on the roof and walls, which greatly improves the lighting intensity inside the workshop, so that it can work almost without turning on the lights during the day. The walls and roofs of the workshop are mainly gray galvanized corrugated steel sheets.  

The Liaoning Yongtai Steel Structure Canopy is a project signed by QHHK in July 2024. The canopy is an extension of the Liaoning Yongtai workshop. Liaoning Yongtai is mainly engaged in the production and processing of auto parts and has cooperation with major auto groups. The canopy provides protection for unloading raw materials and loading finished products.   QHHK provides structural design, steel prefabrication, transportation and installation for the Liaoning Yongtai canopy. The roof and wall panels of the canopy are provided by QHHK. The canopy steel components are processed in the QHHK workshop and transported directly to the installation site. It is expected that the steel structure processing will be completed in August 2024. The installation will be completed and put into use in September-October 2024.    

Panama Glass Curtain Wall Delivery On May 31, 2024, the glass curtain wall of the Panama Workers Building was shipped. The building is a multi-story building under construction in Panama. QHHK provided the glass curtain wall for the building.   QHHK has its own stable and cooperative glass curtain wall supplier. On March 15, 2024, our Brazilian client came to China to visit QHHK. His trip this time was mainly to discuss the specific structure and processing details of the steel bridge project. This project is a multi-lane steel bridge built in the suburbs of the city, with a total weight of approximately 95 tons.   He visited our office and factory, and we introduced our processing experience on engineered steel bridges and our company to him. At the factory, he visited the steel components for the Panama Bus Terminal and Belize Supermarket projects that we are processing. He was very interested in our processing technology and praised the exquisite and beautiful workmanship of the steel components of the bus terminal.
