China QHHK Steel Structure Company Cases

In July 2024, the Brazilian client reached a final cooperation with QHHK. Thank you for your trust in QHHK. At present, the client has paid the project fee, and we will carry out production and processing according to the client's schedule.     In March 2024, he visited QHHK for the first time, discussed the preliminary plan with our project manager and designer, and visited our factory.   In June 2024, our friend visited QHHK for the second time and communicated with us about the project content such as payment method and drawing confirmation. Our client shared the steel bridge drawings they designed, and our designers discussed his plan. In order to facilitate the installation of the client, we proposed changes to the drawings. The client finally accepted our suggestions and modified the plan.       We entertained our friend together, with a self-service barbecue and Chinese Baijiu. He likes to drink Chinese Baijiu very much, and feels that the taste is very unique. We taught him the common phrase "干杯（gan bei）" for toasting at the Chinese party.   Our Brazilian friend is looking forward to his third trip to China. Come to China to visit his steel bridge processing site and finished steel bridge components. We also look forward to drinking Chinese Baijiu with him again to celebrate the perfect delivery of the project.  

In May 2024, the main steel structure of the Tieling Heavy Machine Tool Plant expansion workshop was basically completed. The steel frame installation took 2 months. The steel structure foundation was laid in advance. So the steel structure steel frame was installed very quickly.   At present, the crane installation is being prepared. The installation of the roof and walls will be completed after the crane installation is completed.  

Warmly welcome Dominican client and his wife to visit QHHK. On April 17, 2024, our Dominican client and his wife came to China to visit QHHK. He visited QHHK this time mainly to discuss his industrial park project. There are five steel structure warehouses in his industrial park. Before visiting China, we had already communicated the project details online and produced three sets of project plans for him. First he visited our office, and our sales manager Rachel introduced him to our company profile and completed projects. Then she explained three sets of solutions for customers to choose from.     He visited the steel structure components of Belize shopping mall that we were processing. He highly recognized the quality of our products. We also visited the Shenyang Liandong U Valley Industrial Park built by QHHK. The Dominican client’s project has similarities with the Liandong U Valley project. Therefore, we introduced to him the construction matters that need to be paid attention to when starting construction of his project and compared them with Liandong U Valley. On May 10, 2024, the Panama Bus Terminal project began installation. At present, part of the main steel frame installation has been completed. Let’s visit the installation site together.   Our friend Adriano said: “The installation process was very smooth and the steel structure was processed perfectly.” The Panama Bus Terminal is expected to be fully completed in 2024. Project Introduction Benxi Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd., referred to as Benxi Iron and Steel, is located in Benxi City, eastern Liaoning Province. It was founded in 1905 and is one of the oldest iron and steel companies in China. Benxi Iron and Steel has complete production and scientific research departments including mining, mineral processing, sintering, ironmaking, steelmaking, steel rolling, power, transportation, machine repair, scientific research and product development. It has an annual comprehensive production capacity of 3.2 million tons of iron, 3 million tons of general steel, 500,000 tons of special steel, 2.6 million tons of hot-rolled plates, and 800,000 tons of cold-rolled plates. It can produce high-quality pig iron, high-quality special steel, hot-rolled sheets, cold-rolled sheets, galvanized sheets and other products. It is an important steel production base in my country. QHHK has cooperated with Benxi Iron and Steel for many years and built multiple steel structure workshops for Benxi Iron and Steel, including smelting workshops, special steel production workshops, and finished product workshops. This time I will introduce to you the special steel plant designed, manufactured and installed by QHHK.   Project Details Benxi Special Steel Plant is one of the key projects QHHK will undertake in 2020. The factory is mainly used for special steel electric furnace upgrading and renovation projects. It belongs to the same Benxi Iron and Steel Group as Benxi Steel Manufacturing Factory. The actual plant area is more than 10,000 square meters, with a nearly square plant area planning, and a length and width of more than 100 meters. All steel structure components of the plant are painted in gray-white. This workshop belongs to the plant expansion project of Benxi Steel. The plant is a heavy steel structure with a large span and height. The plant is equipped with a large crane to adapt to daily high-intensity industrial activities. Steel Structure Processing The project will start processing in 2020 and complete the manufacturing of all steel components by 2021. It includes raw material processing, welding, rust removal, grinding, painting and quality inspection.   Steel Structure Installation QHHK is responsible for the installation of Benxi Special Steel Plant. We provide turnkey services, installation planning, installation guidance and on-site work deployment. In addition to steel structure installation and plate installation, QHHK is also responsible for the initial operation test and maintenance of the special steel plant to ensure that it can be put into production safely and stably.  

On May 12, 2024, our Kenyan friend came to China to visit us. Communicate further about his five warehouse plans. Before visiting China, we had communicated with him the main requirements for his warehouse. We designed the floor plans and interiors of these warehouses.   At the QHHK office, our designer Daniel showed him the overall solution for the warehouse according to his needs. We also discussed the overall project cycle arrangement, from design, manufacturing to delivery. The client was very satisfied with our project proposal.   We accompanied our friend to visit QHHK’s steel structure factory. Our factory director introduced him to the projects, equipment and processes currently being worked on in the workshop. Client highly recognize the strength of our factory. And looking forward to his next factory visit when working on his warehouse project. Let’s look forward to the day when the contract is signed.  

On April 23, 2024, Mr. Huang from Belize returned to China to visit QHHK again. This time I wanted to check and accept the steel structure components of his shopping mall project and consult on the installation details.   On December 1, 2023, Mr. Huang visited QHHK for the first time and signed a project order contract on December 5. During this period, we completed all aspects of steel structure manufacturing in different time periods according to Mr. Huang’s requirements. At present, the steel structure of the project has been basically processed and has been packaged and awaiting shipment.   Mr. Huang visited the steel structure packaging site to inspect the product quality. He said: “Is this my shopping mall? It’s so beautiful. I’m really looking forward to the finished effect.”   Not only is Mr. Huang very satisfied with his steel structure, we ourselves are also very satisfied with this project. We can predict the final effect through the plane renderings. The appearance of blue and yellow is like a work of art.   Belize Market Development   During this visit to QHHK, Mr. Huang also invited a friend of his. His friend is also a Chinese businessman in Belize. He wants to build a new steel structure workshop to cooperate with us. He described his needs and ideas, and discussed the initial plan with our project general manager. Looking forward to our wonderful cooperation. On January 22, 2024, QHHK CEO Peter personally visited and investigated the Belize’s construction market. Understand the local construction methods and understanding of steel structure buildings in Belize. And establish contact and trust with some local end customers. The project of Mr. Huang and his friends provided us with valuable experience in developing the Belize market and stabilizing the Latin American market.  

On April 23, 2024, the steel structure components of the Panama Bus Terminal arrived in Panama successfully. The local person in charge is currently arranging the unloading of a total of 17 containers. The shipment started on March 5. Including the time to arrive at the Dalian shipping port, the 17 containers arrived in Panama in a total of 45 days. The project leader was very happy to receive his goods and very satisfied with the quality of our products. Let’s look forward to the bus terminal installation.  

On April 12, 2024, we were surprised to receive a precious letter of thanks. It’s from our Sri Lankan friends. On April 8, they successfully completed the installation of the steel structure workshop. Our attentive friends also took many on-site construction photos for us. At the same time, they informed us of the good news on WhatsApp and praised our structural design. On April 12, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a letter of thanks from them in the name of the company. They said: “We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the perfect workshop structure design, high-quality steel structure, and our sales manager’s considerate service and installation technical guidance.” From workshop parameter consultation, workshop structure design, steel structure processing, steel structure packaging and delivery, crane procurement, steel structure unloading, and finally installation guidance, QHHK accompanied our Sri Lankan friends throughout the entire process.   We have become valuable long-term partners in business and mutually trusting friends. We will witness the entire process of their steel structure workshop from installation to putting it into use and then providing them with shelter from the wind and rain. Congratulations to Sri Lanka Workshop for successfully completing the installation.   In March 2024, the Sri Lankan customer began to install steel structure workshop.  On April 8, 2024, the Sri Lankan customer completed his steel structure workshop installation. QHHK provides installation guidance throughout the entire process, from primary and secondary steel beam installation to crane installation. The installation of his workshop is now nearing completion, leaving only the installation of exterior accessories such as roof and wall panels, doors, windows, and drainage pipes. It is expected to be completed by the end of April.   He said: “Our steel structure workshop is very well designed and the installation process was very smooth. There was no trouble at all. There was no need for any secondary processing of the steel structure components.” Let us congratulate him again and wish all the best for the upcoming installation work.
