The 2024 Colombia Building Materials Exhibition ended successfully. QHHK left a deep impression on exhibitors from all over the world. The Medellin International Building Materials Exhibition has been held for two days, and there are many customers visiting the site. In July 2024, the Brazilian client reached a final cooperation with QHHK. Thank you for your trust in QHHK. At present, the client has paid the project fee, and we will carry out production and processing according to the client's schedule.     In March 2024, he visited QHHK for the first time, discussed the preliminary plan with our project manager and designer, and visited our factory.   In June 2024, our friend visited QHHK for the second time and communicated with us about the project content such as payment method and drawing confirmation. Our client shared the steel bridge drawings they designed, and our designers discussed his plan. In order to facilitate the installation of the client, we proposed changes to the drawings. The client finally accepted our suggestions and modified the plan.       We entertained our friend together, with a self-service barbecue and Chinese Baijiu. He likes to drink Chinese Baijiu very much, and feels that the taste is very unique. We taught him the common phrase "干杯（gan bei）" for toasting at the Chinese party.   Our Brazilian friend is looking forward to his third trip to China. Come to China to visit his steel bridge processing site and finished steel bridge components. We also look forward to drinking Chinese Baijiu with him again to celebrate the perfect delivery of the project.

Warmly welcome Dominican client and his wife to visit QHHK. On April 17, 2024, our Dominican client and his wife came to China to visit QHHK. He visited QHHK this time mainly to discuss his industrial park project. There are five steel structure warehouses in his industrial park. Before visiting China, we had already communicated the project details online and produced three sets of project plans for him. First he visited our office, and our sales manager Rachel introduced him to our company profile and completed projects. Then she explained three sets of solutions for customers to choose from.     He visited the steel structure components of Belize shopping mall that we were processing. He highly recognized the quality of our products. We also visited the Shenyang Liandong U Valley Industrial Park built by QHHK. The Dominican client’s project has similarities with the Liandong U Valley project. Therefore, we introduced to him the construction matters that need to be paid attention to when starting construction of his project and compared them with Liandong U Valley. How to improve the efficiency of steel structure buildings? We all know that steel frame buildings’ rapid development and popularity largely depend on steel structure construction’s high efficiency to build a workshop or warehouse. The owner wants to put it into use as soon as possible to get profits. Steel structure building is the first choice. Because if you choose to use a steel structure, from planning to putting it into use, it can be completed within a few months if the progress is smooth. So in what ways can steel structure building improve efficiency? 1. Design efficiency The first and most crucial step at the beginning of steel structure building is drawing, planning and design. Nowadays, it takes much less time to design steel structures than in the past. The first is that the designer has rich experience, but the designer uses various accurate computer software to increase the design speed a lot. Designers can use design software to simulate and design a solid structure and use as little steel as possible to make the most reasonable design within the safe range of values so that the price can keep at a low level. 2. Production efficiency of steel components After the design drawing is confirmed, the factory will fabricate the components according to the drawing. Choosing the proper steel structure factory is very important because selecting the right factory can improve the quality and speed of component fabrication. It’s not that the bigger the factory, the better. If your building is not very large, it may not be wise to find a large-scale steel structure factory. Improper packaging and transportation may cause damage to the steel components and affect the progress of the entire project. 4. Installation efficiency The quality of steel structure installation determines the quality of the entire steel structure building. It is best to choose an experienced and professional installation team to ensure installation efficiency. Generally, the installation time of steel structure buildings is one-third less than the construction time of other building systems. 5. Operational efficiency The maintenance cost of the steel structure building is meager, and the number of repairs required is also small. Equipped with an effective thermal insulation system will also reduce prefab metal buildings’ energy costs. 6. Use efficiency The steel structure building has a long service life. If the design is reasonable, the component quality is qualified, and the maintenance is timely, the steel structure building can be used for more than 50 years. When the service life of the metal building exceeds its service life, the steel components can be 100% recycled, saving money.
