Steel structure is a metallic structure in which members composed of structural steel are connected to each other to carry a load and provide sufficient rigidity. Due to the high strength steel grade, this kind of structure is reliable and needs less raw material than other types of structures such as concrete structures and wood structures. Main Structure of poultry house: Usually adopted hot-dip galvanized H section steel to reduce self-weight of design load and foundation size. At the same time, hot-dip galvanized can greatly improve anti-corrosion of the steel frame.

Secondary Structure: Building purlin is used galvanized Z or C section steel. Purlines and main frame are bolted connection, no welding, which makes the structure much easier and quicker to install. Bracing and tie bar are hot-galvanized, which improve corrosion resistance.

Cladding System: Cladding material is usually zinc corrugated steel sheet. If there is requirement of heat insulation, roof and wall can be sandwich panel or corrugated sheet with 50mm~100mm fiberglass wool blanket composited on site.

The main steel frame will be securely packed using steel pallets, providing enhanced protection during transportation. This packaging method allows for efficient loading and unloading as the entire frame can be handled as a single unit. Additionally, it helps optimize container space, reducing the number of shipping containers required and resulting in cost savings for ocean freight.

Other components such as steel purlins and steel sheets will be carefully packaged in parcels. These parcels will be certainly loaded into containers, ensuring safe and convenient handling throughout the shipping process.
