Project Introduction

The warehouse is 180.48 meters long, 57.48 meters wide, and is surrounded by 14.8 meters of parapet wall. The maintenance part uses 0.5mmV760 outer board +100mm glass silk wadded (volume weight 16kg) +0.4mmV960 inner board, and uses the way of anti-hanging board, the inner board is installed in the lower end of the purlin, so that the internal purlin is not visible. Installation

The installation process can be divided into the following steps:

Foudation construction: Pre-embedded anchor bolts, detail need to according to the foundation construction drawing
Column installation: One worker commands truck crane how to move, 3 ~ 4 workers cooperate with crane to install the steel column, put column to anchor bolt location
Beam installation: After completing the installation of adjacent two steel column, then main beam begin to install
Installing roof & wall purlin: The roof and wall purlin will be installed after finishing column and beam. Bolting the purlin on the main structure
Fixing wall and roof sheet: To fix the wall sheet on wall purlin by self-tapping screw; then fix the roof sheet
Fixing the cover: To install the cover on the corner, eave, window and door opening
