Designed as a gabled steel frame structure, the complex spans a total construction area of 39,947.25 sq.m, with individual buildings reaching a maximum height of 12m and the largest single structure covering 7,161.39 sq.m. Executed under the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) turnkey contracting model, the project comprehensively integrates structural works, interior finishing, plumbing and drainage systems, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical systems, fire protection installations, steel structures, doors/windows integration, municipal stormwater and sewage pipelines, landscaping, and auxiliary facilities.
